Sound Therapy Session - Tavistock

Please join us for an hour of calm and relaxation. I will be playing the drum, gongs, Koshi chimes, Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal singing bowls and rainstick to bring you a space where you can switch off from the world and restore some physical and emotional balance.

Please bring your mat, blanket, pillow and eye mask if you like, and anything else you wish, so that you will be comfortable.

Please also turn up 10 minutes before the session so that you can get comfortable.
