Sound Therapy Session - Roadford Lake

Come and join us at the beautiful surroundings of Roadford Lake for an hour of pure peace and tranquility. I will play the drum, gong, rainstick, Koshi Chimes, Tibetan singing bowls and Crystal singing bowls to create a healing space for you to unwind, relax and find some calm.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start so that you can get yourself comfortable.

Please also bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow and eye mask if you like, and anything else that you require to be comfortable.
